Keyword Grouping Algorithms

Anybody know what kind of algorithm to use for grouping keywords into themes?

Trying to get my partner to code something in .Net but can't really figure out what if any algorithm to use for grouping the keywords automatically.

yeah i know about it but it's grouping my keywords too thin. I end up with groups that have 500 keywords when they can be broken down even futher

similar what adamx12m posted
just put the keywords into themes
which is nice but it gags on the 30k keywords i need sorted :)

I'm just not sure if there's a specific algorithm to use for the grouping or if it's something simple like KW1 KW2 KW3, then group based on KW1 etc
