Last notice, WFCompetition.com, lose your fatass competition.

Okay, signed up:

Okay - long story short: 2 giant babies + 2 jobs + no time + bad sleep + constant grazing for energy = A LOT of weight to lose.

Fortunately, I started January 1 as the first day of my new "I'm going to get diabetes in 15 years so I'd better get my shit together if I want to prevent them" diet. Might as well kick your asses in a weight loss competition while I'm at it.

I don't want to scare you little innocent things with pics of what a belly looks like after a 10.5 and 12.5 baby, so I'll save any pics for the end when I declare victory. LOL

I hear ya sis. And it's nice to have another broad (or should I say a broad broad) on the board (and now looking at that word three times it looks really weird and I can't figure out if I've used the correct spelling never mind that it's so closed to "board".)

(I think it's time for me to go to bed)

Down another pound (just haven't posted it yet as the official weigh in day for me is Thursday) ....so eat that pound suckas!

(ewwww)

Finally got around to entering, guess i have to make up for lost time quick.

As Larry Legend would say, "Which one of you is shooting for 2nd place?"

I've been updating daily for over a month and seen quite a bit of results. I was wondering where everyone went...

Those prizes are as good as mine. :) Looking forward to having a logo created professionally, Gary.

My greatest loss was at 60 pounds. and i have kept it off. weight loss is simple if you make it to be. a few small changes make the difference.

i cut out beer and fast food and stopped drinking as much juice. i would rather be slightly overweight than be unhealthy. diets are never a good idea because as soon as you are off them them your body re gains the weight very easily. i actually ate like a horse but healthy. this puts your body in constant burn mode.

i also started off 30min a day and changed to 45min once i saw a plateau effect coming on. your body needs to be shocked or challenged for it to be continual. i found that with me anyway.

weights were also a huge factor. it boost up weightloss far beyond you can imagine.

i suggest Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness
and follow their workouts best you can. some stuff is hard, that is fine, find a near substitute for that area that you can handle. i like the site because it provides you with a range of workouts day in and day out. when i got on this program it made huge leeps and bounds in my fitness and overall physique. work on form and not trying to lift the most weight.

losing weight is a lifestyle change but once you start to see results i can become addicting.

lol, nice. you're definitely taking it seriously. I've been slackerish about it myself, but plan to really kick it into high gear soon.

Funny, i'm already making selection on what to upload on my iPod.

Nice try. :) I update daily in a journal, then copy and paste the journal day by day into posts.

You update with ur girley meals and workouts and than u will probably take somebody else picture and post it. That's not update. I can do that: today i eat 1 apple, quarter orange for lunch. They stuck to my teeth, so i use half toothpick to take it out and than i eat them for dinner.
