What do you use to keep track of orders are as far, shipping, pending, received, etc, I'm sloppy as fuck because I get tracking numbers from USPS but I just keep them on my desk and in gmail

I don't really deal with shipping goods or anything, so I don't use anything for this. But if you've got a store set up on WordPress using something like WooCommerce it handles all that shit pretty nicely and keeps it all in one dashboard.

I hope you're reinvesting all of your income and running this as an actual business and not a job... Your operation relies too heavily on ebay not realising what you're actually doing... once/if they do - it's lights out.

That's why I'm only using ebay to attract customers for the first time, I'm also primarily selling through private sales and Youtube traffic. ebay called me this morning in fact to bug me about one of my ads. I don't really care, I'll just list more ads, get more views more hits and more customers. If they ban this account I'll just buy another one.

I sell 1 out of 20 items through ebay if someone does the buy it now, otherwise they go to the URL, youtube video or private message me.

That was my next question, I'm looking to setup a real page, right now it's some ghetto shit that I slapped together, with links to a Paypal checkout.

How much would it run me to get a simple site signed for my goods using this WordPress and WooCommerce?

I need some alternatives to Paypal also, I'm using them but I don't want to be reliant on them.
