lets say that I have googletool.com and I realized it not legally OK to use such kind of domain (since the google is used in the name of the domain) so I buy other domain and redirect with 301 to my new domain is this still a problem?

Yes it is an issue-
It's what Blu said... It is squatting. You still own it no matter what.
I would just drop the name and move forward.

Yes this is an issue. I had run into the same situation with Apple. They got on me pretty hard and have been tracking me for over a year. I was allowed to move my business and able to redirect for a few months but after that it was a no go. Any trademarked terms and you are playing with fire. If you are looking to build something sustainable then I suggest getting rid of the domain altogether and let someone else deal with the consequences.

sadly I didn't know this legal problem - I guess I also can't sell it because it still illegal right?
another question... If I own him in godaddy there is way just to drop the domain? even if I have something like 8 moths until it ends

Yeah, you can delete domains.
