LOL at the price:

Some info

- Lego never admitted to it resembling the Hagia Sophia, but pointed to the Star Wars design they followed.

- They also deny the drop having anything to do with the "outcry", but point to a scheduled exit in 2013.

- The Haga Sophia was originally a Christian church, it is not even a mosque anymore

TL;DR
Muslim rights organizations be trollin' y'all.

I've been to the Haga Sophia quite a few times and that stupid set does not look a bit like it.

Discontinue the Jabba's Palace LEGO set or I'll blow it up, I swear it. And I'll kill your rancor too.

The best way to earn from this is to list it on Amazon, to catch all the people in this thread who reckon it'd be a good investment, and buy it from your local store + ship it.

If it's coming to the end of its run, do you guys honestly think it has any kind of collectible value whatsoever?

This is retarded. Why we constantly cater to all the PC nonsense is beyond me, at least at this point it's just a toy - but what will it be next time?

I hate when I hear about western women converting to islam, going full burka and everything. It's like why?

heard this on a "conspiracy theroist" radio/web show back in January. You guys remember. The one that never breaks news story's before anyone else.

1000% if I keep it for about 50 years.

It's a double dipper..hits the Lego & the Star Wars freaks. No way can lose money on this deal.

As both a former LEGO freak and current Star Wars freak, I can confirm this.

I don't collect Star Wars toys though, just books.

Look at that. You can now buy slaves on the Internet. Going to have to buy my first mail order negro

for those that understand the religion plastic is more offensive to Islam than what they make with it.

Please also keep this in mind:

There was no "Outcry". No demonstrations with burning torches in front of lego stores, no suicide bombings, etc..

This was a press release from a Muslim organization. And even that did not lead to anything but a few newspapers hyping this up.

The sheep are strong in this thread.
