Well, Adam Prattler just literally robbed me. Yes, I kid you not. I ordered some guest blogs via his site post-me.org and he simply did not deliver. Yes, that is plain and simple theft and, because it was virtual goods, Paypal refused to refund. So anyone who comes across this scammer, be warned. He is a thief. Be warned.
If anyone else has been scammed by this guy, I suggest you get in touch with Action Fraud | Report fraud and internet crime which is the UK agency dealing with internet crime. I have now logged an official complaint: the police tell me that if several people log complaints they are more likely to take action, so I urge all of you to add your evidence and get this guy taken out of business for the good of all.
I thought Paypal always refunds on virtual goods (I've heard tons of domain jacking stories) and they don't refund on physical goods, as long as you can prove delivery?
aaaaaand this is exactly why I made this thread. To try and protect people from scammers like him. I dont think he really lives in the UK so opening up a dispute there is sorta useless. He uses IPs from all over. You can see evidence of this here. & resolving his Skype name to IP (A lot of French IPs).
