When can I get hold of a Wicked Fire t-shirt? :D

No seriously, do you think you would have possibly got to where you are now any sooner than you actually did?
- I mean how long were you learning the wrong stuff?

Regarding RSSGM, how much time do you generally spend going back to each new site to SEO? What are you doing for backlinks? Any XSS or comment scripts to help automate the process?

I don't use RSSGM, never did, never have and never will. Not sure why people think I'm an expert on something I've never even tried.

If you want backlinks in general to one of these autogenerated sites, blogs is your best and quickest bet to inclusion and ranking. Make sure you keep it relevant and spam free though.

I will be in Vegas for Affiliate Summit West as a speaker probably. But there are some really awesome WF sponsored events being planned, so I'd say that everyone should go, learn shit, meet people, and sport your WF pride!

Absolutely attend that! I am definitley going :)

I'm not really sure what you are doing, but try and keep your questions as short as possible so that I can answer everyone quickly. I'm not going to visit your domains or tell you what to and not to do, but I'm sure you can generalize what your goal is in a question much shorter than this.
Alright let me simplify the question for you.

1. If I have 50 websites. So 50 of the sites point to 49, and 49 of the sites point to 48 of them, and 48 of the sites point to 47 of them, etc... So ultimately one site has all of them pointing towards it and this site isn't pointing back to any of them. You could visualize this as a pyramid. Would this be a useful linking strategy, or would it be voided by SE's because they are on the same hosting package?

I'm getting into creating landing pages for my azoogle offers. Do you have any recommendations on where I can learn how to make the best sales pages possible? Books? Websites?

I don't have an answer for you, because remember, it also depends on your traffic. The best way is to always create your own landing or sales page. Instead of just using a generic banner or full page ad that every other guy is using, put the offer into your own designed page, and as long as you get the main idea across, your conversions will increase. When it comes down to it at the end of the day, it's all still the same sale, so why not increase your chances of getting it by being creative and unique?

Are you using an alternative?

What CTR program do you use to gauge how well you are doing?

Right now we are using custom apps. We also use Google Analytics/Urchin and were debating on starting to use WebTrends.. I'm sure there are loads of apps out there to look at. Maybe what you should do is turn this experience into a review site of all of the apps out there, and make some money on the reviews with an affiliate link for other site owners to follow. Ding!

Thats in Jan 2007. Im going this weekend to party! Anyone want to go? I know about 15 girls from Chicago that coming in to party. They are all around 24 years old.

I prefer to stay in and make money. That's just me though. I've done my partying stage already and I'm well over it. To each his own.

How many man-hours go into launching a new site?

Which parts of the project do you handle personally?

Jon could you use your niche generating magic to tell me if there's any available niches for "building credit" ?

Sorry but I don't pick out niches for people. Come on, that's easy shit for you to do on your own, I can't be the babysitter for everyone and do all the work for you as well.

Is this the begining, peak or downfall of making money online from ppc ads/affliate sales etc.?

Just want to know how much time i have to get my ass into gear before saturation/competetion and all that crap...cheers

This stuff as been around for years. Is it the peak? I don't think that's how this industry works. I think there will always be ways for affiliates to create new markets and make money. Advertisers and merchants love us because we spend the money and they only pay us on CPA when they make money too, why get rid of it?

Do you hire SEO firms to do their "expert" optimization or does you and your team do all of your own SEO?

When you either win a contest or show up to an offline event like a show/conference.

I was one of the very lucky guys to get into the game at an early age while this whole game was still in it's infancy. I learned about things as they were created, which I consider myself very lucky for being around at that time because I was able to see things blow up or fail, and understand firsthand why and how to change it.

Just use one server and stop being a shady bastard!

In your expierence, would setting up a group of sites pertaining to one theme (ie: tv shows, or movies) be a good idea, or should i set up 1 site with different pages to each of the shows/movies?

In reference to what?
