How many man-hours go into launching a new site?

Which parts of the project do you handle personally?

Depends on the type of site, how big or small it is. Typically 1 week on avg from thoughts/ideas to launch. We have inhouse/outsourced designers and programmers that definitely speed up the process.

I handle most of the ideas, marketing, networking. Everything else gets divided up between my partner and our project managers.

Boooyahhhh Jonny! Here's another humdinger of a question for you.

Does search feed and 7 eleven search bring in quality traffic for you? Additionally, what are the results of your audits and how much of a refund (percentage) are u getting back each month?

Do you hire SEO firms to do their "expert" optimization or does you and your team do all of your own SEO?

We do it ourselves. We only outsource link building. But the link building is made very clear what we want and don't want, and how to keep it relevant.

If you had to make a call, what is THE most important thing you can do to generate clicks/$$$ with PPC Arbitrage?

Was Adult internet marketing your first internet venture? If not, what was it?

If you didn't start out doing things in the Adult market at a young age, do you think you would have been successful just as quickly doing anything else?

How much would you pay for a forum skin to be developed. A general range for a medium - somewhat intensive project?

$1500 tops. Depends how extensive it is and if it's just design, or development too.

most traffic sources give estimated traffic for a KW. Take 7 search for instance -- if you do a search for a specific KW and they say that last month they saw 10K searches. We all know the 3rd tier traffic providers can't match the traffic of the top 3, so what numbers are you looking for before you give the green light to test the niche (KW set)?

Link building is my weakest, and I mean weakest, ability as a webpreneur.

1. What is a good source to outsource your link building on quality/relevant websites?

2. Additionally, how much should you pay the outsourced third party per link?

SearchFeed and 7search don't have quality traffic at all, that's why they aren't 1st tier. Typically we request a 10% refund for clickfraud.

7 Eleven gets us tons of targeted traffic you dope!!

Lightning Round #4 is officially CLOSED! All questions after this post will be deleted, so save it for tomorrow's round.

I figured 7 Eleven would get you tons of targeted traffic. That's why I asked you! Thank you come again!

I don't really understand the question.. But arbitrage is easy enough to understand. Buy cheap traffic, push to adsense/YPN page, makey money on the higher cost ppc from the tier 1's.

Yes, Adult and Gaming were my big breaks.. especially adult.

I think I probably would have become an investment banker or hedge fund manager like my parents hoped.

If you allow clarification of my question:

what is the 1 design tip you would give to get the super high click through rate on your sites?

I know it can't match Tier 1 traffic, but if I can get a small percentage of that with a 2nd tier, it's still worth it to capitalize on that niche don't ya think? Minimum work involved, minimum cash too, and you still do 8:1 or so on it. What's to debate even?!

1- elance.com, getafreelancer.com, rentacoder.com

2- The rates vary, I don't even know what the market/industry avg is anymore because I have exclusive deals that don't fluctuate.
