This is why I eat at El Pollo Loco. Or at one of the million Mexican food places nearby. I can name at least 5 that have the suffix of "berto's" at the end.

Why even go to El Pollo Loco when you have all the taco shops around? I use to live in SD and the first thing I do when I go back to visit family and friends is mac on a carne asada burrito!

Taco Bell is nasty.

In my little town we've got a taco bell, and then right across the highway, probably 1/4th of a mile away, is one of the best Mexican restaurants you could eat at. It's a "Mom & Pop", same workers have been there for several years, food is awesome, and you can get your belly full on less than $10.

I have no idea why anyone would EVER go across the street to Taco Bell.....nasty food, and you'll still pay $6-7 person total. Just come across the street and get a real meal!

Because the Mom and Pop doesn't have a drive-thru that you can go to when you are high/drunk off your ass? I don't really give a fuck what's in their taco meat when I roll up at 4 am to order a quesadilla, chalupa, and apple empanada. And nachos. Mmmm... soy.

Haha the ingredients look oddly familiar to some cheap dog foods. Small percentage of meat, the rest is fillers and preservatives. Didn't taco bell have some problem with their "corn" chips/taco shells where they found they weren't actually digestible by human beings so they had to change the formula?
