Live as it gets info/news streams?

I want something running on a spare monitor of mine, the only really decent site I can think of is Digg Spy. (digg.com/spy)

It's half decent because you can view all stories, and popular stories. Another one that I checked out was the spy tool over at DP but... I don't know. I don't really find that as news and the information is kinda off.

Anyone know of any good sites? I wish Google Trends was up to the minute and everything was displayed live maybe with Ajax or some jazz.
 


Are you already running dual montior? If not, a second monitor drastically improves productivity if used for work and not eye candy.
