LLC, S-Corp, LegalZoom, CPA, Lawyer -- What's The Best Way?

I setup an LLC. Setting it up is fairly easy if you take a day to do some research and to understand what forms you need to apply. There's only 2 or 3 forms from what I can remember, which is the application for the LLC, business license, and the tax forms to get your EIN. I think I only payed at most $100 for the application fees and to get everything setup. It might have been even less than $100. But if your a "tool" and have trouble being self-sufficient by getting info off the intenet I suggest you pay the few extra hundred dollars to get someone to do it for you and save you the headaches.

All the forms can be downloaded at your local state's government website in the business section.
