Long but interesting read

Thanks for the link. Such a fun read. Have been pouring through his site for the past few hours now. The god in his story has a lot of human failures, but hard to say if its a critique to the tale as I don't know his motivations for writing it. The site is really sucking me in to want to read his other writings and the forum.

Just finished reading the article. The author stole some concepts from Michio Kaku such as the human race being at Level 1/2 and how talking to humans is like talking to ants.

I hope the author doesn't seriously believe what he is writing, but it's an interesting read nonetheless.

Pretty sure neither of those are Kaku's ideas. I think Sagan proposed civilization classes and the people ant analogy is a bit older than Kaku.

Yeah those are similar to what Kaku says. Also he borrowed a bit of Terminator's ideas (the thinking machine thing)

Some interesting points he made there, but he didn't talk about some of the more interesting questions. The most significant among them - What if not all of this?
