Looking for a high quality web dev firm to pass leads to

So my partners and I recently launched a web dev company, we're doing pretty well so far but we are a national company, meaning we get national traffic and leads from Google. The issue we are running into is that we are getting some leads that are, at least for the time being, over our heads. We would like to find a large and respected web dev company that we can hand leads off to that are too much for us to handle. It's important the company is a legit and well respected firm as we don't want to catch shit for sending people to a shitty company.

The latest project we had to turn away is a nice flash/chat project. That lead is still hot and we have been talking with the people the past few days so if I find someone you can take a shot at them if you like.

Problem is, there are 3 of us and only 1 of us actually work full-time for the company. My other partner and myself have on-going jobs/contracts. So we are sort of in a weird position of not being able to devote as much time to the company and projects as we would like right now. Once all 3 of us are full-time at toughtmecanics things will start to come together but for right now we have a bit much on our plates.
