Looking for advice, having some issues with a "Scam" forum

I'm guessing they have money if his wife is a doctor and he's decent at IM. If you were to google your doctors name and see stuff pulled up about her installing malware on peoples computers what would you think of her? Would you continue to use her? It might actually be causing real damages and worth the 5 figures to pursue.
 


I'm looking at the listing, nothing they're really doing is libel, This is a pretty good reason why you should make yourself anonymous when you're doing this type of stuff.. I'd buy a few domains with you and your wifes name .info .com .org .co.cc .net and rank them.

Shouldn't be too hard to make this go to 2nd page and really never get seen again. Plus 90% of the people reading that shit wouldn't even know what they're talking about.
 
I don't believe that it would be very hard to knock the listing to the second page. Feel free to PM me if you want some tips and tricks.

This. You're actually lucky he's in the UK.
 
Build web 2.0 properties optimized for the keywords (names) and spam the fuck out of them. Should be a reasonable afford to rank them in the top10 unless you're somebody who's really in the focus of public life.

Get google +1 for both of you, use rel=me tag and put up some optimized articles.

Another option is find out the guys sites, DDoS them and contact him to get the false scam report down... not that I've tried something like this, but birds sayin this can work wonders...
 
post an ad on gumtree (UK version of craigslist)

Ask for some "security" and threaten the guy via proxy. Should be cheaper than any more legal fees.
