Looks like i'm going back to school. I must be losing it!

So you go back when the Aztecs are 11-0 and knocking on the door of being a top 10 team for the first time probably ever? Bandwagon fans....

Shit, I still have a couple years eligibility left. Maybe I'll walk on and see if the basketball team need a good 36 year old power forward. I'm 6'5" and can still jump. Who knows. Maybe the Clippers will pick me up.

we need to start a fraternity like in old school. We could have the best parties because all the college kids are broke.

It is a good idea if you want to advise your kids to go to college, otherwise they'll hang it over your head in any argument. If it's just a year, go ahead and do it.

Agreed. My kids are going to college if I have any say in it. And they better have a damn good reason not to go like "Mom, i've got my own business and I'm making to much money and spending too much time in it to go to class...."

why not just lie about it? photoshop some fake shit, post it in your office or update your linkedin to reflect you finished. it's not like you've NEVER been to college, so when schmucks start bringing up college stories you can hold your own.

Whoever is saying a degree is useless is wrong. The process of getting the degree forces you to acquire knowledge and knowledge is never useless. While the end result might be useless (the piece of paper if that is what you view as the end result). The road to the end result is worth more than gold.

I'm in the same boat. Going back in August 11 for my bachelors. Not sure what the fuck I'm thinking either!

LOL...well, as a former NCAA track coach and athlete...if you ever played, your clock started that first season...which then gave you 5 years to use your years of eligibility...

But if you go to a community college, you have 2 years in a different sport...i know a few peeps that did this...lulz (shit, i even thought about it)

Good stuff, 8 units is a breeze, get er done and be done with it. Congrats on getting in again.

I'm in a similar situation and my mind goes from one extreme to the other. On one hand I like the fact that I haven't finished my degree because it shows they aren't necessary for success.

On the other hand I see it as a sign of failure to finish something I set out to do. I'm still not 100% sure what I want to do so for now I'll do nothing.

The Chicks will be worth more than the 8 credits. I plan to get another degree, and I already went through Grad school. For the Chicks. Au Naturel Chicas. Where else?

WTF dude - lol - don't you get it? It's about accomplishment, keep the fraud to your marketing please not this stuff...

My strategy professor last semester told us about a student he had a few years ago. This guy was the owner of one of the largest chain of retail stores in Australia, and he did his MBA because it gave him time out of the office to think without being distracted. He said that he came up with his successful strategy while sitting in class.

My plan is to never work for anyone, but I still want to study as much as I can. My goal is to get a science or engineering degree after I finish my master. The feeling of accomplishment is worth it.

I thought about going back, so I my kids dont have an excuse not to.

My Hustle Degree is the only thing I would hang on the wall. Cant wait to see what I get into in my 30s.
