Bullshit. If the FBI set-up the forum and participated in buying and selling info, then the numbers are def skewed. The FBI created an opportunity for scammers and then alerted banks. They may have had some impact, but this is awfully similar to when they goad some sap into becoming a terrorist and then arrest him and claim that they thwarted a terrorist plot - when they created the plot in the first place!
