Want to know how much my state values education? My asshole Governor just sent his proposed budget that's expected to pass. He cut education by 54% and raised the budget for prisons by 21%. If his budget passes, my tuition cost will go from $12,400 to $27,500.

The point was more that college students who had financially planned for xx,xxx amount now have to figure out how to get the extra yy,yyy. By the way, that's your own fault for choosing a private school with a higher tuition.
