The USA could turn into a fascist state and that wouldn't get them any closer to finding LulzSec. Every single one of their actions is probably done through proxies in countries that won't give a damn thing to the US.

If the US does start passing those types of laws I'll start doing most of my shit through proxies like that as well.

I like what LulzSec is doing... they're showing the world how stupid people with power are.

I've got mad respect for lulzsec.

I'm far from knowing much about internet security, but from what I've seen in the last few years, it must be a joke.

Hackers are fucking dangerous, shit they could even start a world war if you think about it. Lulzsec is just pointing out what the average Joe doesn't recognize.

People always talk about "we need a revolution!". I always felt like that revolution would be online.

Since when did a DDOS attack become hacking? Also I wouldn't be surprised if the government had some hand in the whole lulzsec uprising, it just fits way too neatly into their agenda at the moment.

That is terrible reporting by the washing post and the only purpose of it is to drive traffic, well done sirs.

Lulz, If your the government, or hell ANY organization and you are getting DDoS, and MySql Injections on your site and your passwords compromised then you have a bit more to worry about than "lulzsec".

Imagine what the Chinese can get into if theses little kids can steal loads of information and down a government site... really?

From what I read I think It was not just a DDOS. DDOS is sometimes used in parallel to some type of hacking.

Yeah, many people think DDOS is hacking as it is the cyber attack that happens so often.

Just digging up some research from lulzsec's twitter looks like they are doing a DDoS attack in order to get in further and distract security or anyone monitoring the servers.
