lies should never constitute rape. rape is a clear cut line between consent and non consent. lies are much more grey / open to interpretation.

to put it more blunty, you are always consenting to have sex a with person based on your idea(s) of them. Regardless of if that idea is incorrect, even if its incorrect because the person misled you (which is true for everyone who is dating to some extent), you still consented to have sex with them.

they did not have sex without your consent, and that consent was not granted through violent means. therefore it is not rape. period, end of fucking story.

I sympathize with the non football players mentioned above, their lives must have been hell and while they were dishonest, that girl is a piece of shit for being mad that she is a slut and taking it out like that.
