Why would you need to other dimensions when you have the sun and gravity moving the oceans? We already have all the energy life on this planet will ever need. The corporatocracy doesn't want you becoming a independent individual, they want you to be dependent on them for everything for the rest of your life. Why create anything yourself when you can just buy it of them.
Sun and gravity are not a perpetual energy device. The concept of a those is they always generate energy based on movement with out power being added. It's not possible.
