It all started when he used his power as mayor to fire two cops that were investigating the murder of a stripper at the mayor's mansion (that his wife was allegedly behind). Then during the investigation of that he lied in court numerous times. He got probation for the perjury and was ordered to pay restitution. He moved down to Dallas into a mansion and said he could only afford to pay $6/month on the $1million+ he owed the city of Detroit. The court warned him 14 times over the last year that he better take his probation serious and finally they did what they should have done a long time ago. That's just the shit he got caught for - he was a dirty mother fucker through and through.
Isn't this rather old news? (edit: ahh i see, he violated parole recently, when I said Old I'm referring to his 2008 conviction)
