Look again, after nearly running over two officers, one fires a single gunshot into the driver's side, killing Seamster.

It says he didn't even run over the two other stupid pigs. I guess the cop that shot him was scared for his dumbass buddies. That is such bullshit, like someone else said they should have shot out his tires first.

I can't believe stuff like this is justified. I think most people here could imagine themselves in this situation. I'm pretty sure I would have done the same thing. I'm not sticking around to let some crazy guy rob/carjack me.

I don't even understand why undercover cops would run up on his car for being suspicious anyway. Aren't undercover cops supposted to do the jobs that uniformed officers can't do? Like buying drugs from dealers and shit like that? This kid was sitting in a parking lot, there is no reason a couple cop cars couldn't come and block his car in and arrest him. Basically what I'm saying is where did these guys come from? Were they just driving around looking for anything suspicious, and saw these kids chillin in a parking lot and figured they must be up to no good?

I know he "used his car as a weapon" when he started gunning it (pun intended), but
jesus christ, what the fuck were 3 undercover cops doing staking out a young kid rolling a blunt? Something isn't adding up, except perhaps, that this is just another example of several dumbasses with a gun and badge, who feel like they're ABOVE THE LAW, and they've got some big fucking itch to fire that weapon bestowed upon them..

I'm no cop hating moron, but this is just plain outrageous to watch..

Most cops are good, in my opinion, but it's that 15-20% that makes them look bad..

This same thing almost happened to me more than 10 years ago.. I was smoking a little something with my girlfriend, in a private carport underneath my apartment in W. LA, and two guys rushed across the trunk of my car behind us, around to the passenger side where I was sitting.. I thought they were cops, as they had their guns drawn and pointed straight at us.. Turns out they were two thugs who were about to rob us at gunpoint, and it was a horrendous nightmare.

Its not "Man Rolling Joint, Shot & Killed By Undercover", its "Man Rolling Joint, runs two officers down with his car and then gets shot & killed". Damn misleading titles trying to make it sound like a cop shot a guy for rolling a joint.

That's exactly what happened, so the title is not misleading in any way. He went BACK into the store to buy MORE papers and as soon as he got BACK in the car, the Po-Po ran up on him.

So, the title is correct

Thinking you are going to get carjacked doesn't give you a reason to run people over with you car...

Especially when you see a guy (perceived as a car jacker, criminal) drawing his gun, how absurd to think he won't be using it.

He sure did deserved to be run over, heck if i was in the same situation, the same state of mind (scared to be shot by a criminal) i would run him over as well.

Thank god Holland is Ganja friendly :rasta: and cops are a little more relaxed.

By the way, the cop would be convicted in Holland pulling a stunt like that because of his unprofessional behavior.

He was drawing his gun in a non-life threatening situation and was so stupid to jump in front of the car and then thinks he can justify to shoot the kid in his head out of anger because he got hit.

A shame this had to happen really.

Yeah, if people I thought were carjackers were running up to my car and drawing guns I would be sure to be polite and do my best to not hit them as I try to get away.

You've got some anger issues against potheads ... to say he deserved getting shot in the head because he thought he was getting jacked is just fucked up. If the police wanted him that bad, shoot the tire or have an OJ style police chase.

The right to bare arms implies a right to protect ourselves and our property, that's exactly what he was doing.

I've been robbed at gunpoint in my car ... sucked. I was young and an idiot and didn't notice people just walking up to my car, they then drew the gun.

I can say for a fact though if the situation were closer to his (not a gun to the head but people running up to the car + girlfriend in the passenger seat) that I'd have run over a mofo also.

That many cops for a joint? I live in california, that doesn't happen here, it's less than a speeding ticket, unless you have a script, then it's legal. Those cops just didn't have there shit together, acted unprofessionally. If your going to stop a car, use another fucking car you bone heads, they should loose there jobs, we don't need more stupid cops on the streets.
As far as cops with vests breaking into my home because of the wrong address, I think I'm going to put up one of my targets from the range on the front door, at least they know it's not going to be pretty if they storm the front door!
