I think this is great.
Cut down on the influence of the DEA who is the largest cartel.
Mexican cartels will also lose.
Prison is a big business and I am glad to see the industry of prison here in the USA lose some of it's power.

Winners= residents of the states that should have been in control of their lives the whole time.
 


Mark my words, the next American Civil War will be started over Mary Jane! Many brave Americans will lose their lives.

The fact that it's 2012 and marijuana is still illegal anywhere at all is just pathetic. It's blatantly obvious that it should be legal, yet it's not, and no one really questions it. That's the part I hate; I honestly don't care that much about GET HIGH SMOKE WEED 420.
 
I think it is a good start as well. No gov't should have a say over what we do with our bodies as long as we aren't harming any one.

Hopefully the fed's will honor what is in the constitution and allow the states to make their own rules. That is how the foreskin fathers intended it.

If more people believed in individual freedom instead of sticking their noses where they don't belong, and jury nullification rather than acting like the court's slaves, this would matter less.

If you are hauled into court for carrying, buying, or selling any narcotic, and I am on the jury, smile. You will be okay. ;)
 
You guys should read all the DUI laws going into effect now, you basically voted yourself into being anally raped, stoners - well done.
