What a douchebag. The company is huge but hasn't made a profit yet. Last time I checked you don't value a company at a billion dollars when it has yet to have made a dollar in the green. Zuckerberg does believe his own hype and I am sure many people on here could have created a lot better company with the amount of start-up VC money he received all due to his rich parents and their connects.

PS Amazon didn't turn a profit until 2002 when they were doing over a billion per quarter in sales :frenchman:. Oh, but it's those silly VCs remember, throwing money at a dumb idea that will never pay off. You know, because they have so much money to give away.
Ha, Zuckerberg...dude's a mess. At least he's wearing a tie now. He came to speak at our very fancy school (where he's an alum) two years ago completely unprepared and wearing adidas flip flops and a tshirt. But you gotta recognize that the guy is smart as hell. Don't discount such an innovative product just because it hasn't turned a profit yet. Amazon didn't profit for nearly its first ten years. I think the real value of facebook will be seen when everything becomes more connected, and the information on Facebook is what's holding it all together.
Yeah I was saying from a business standpoint the guy is terrible. There are people who are supposed to code great things and others who are supposed to run the companies. I don't think Zuck has what it takes to manage a company of that size, he needs to suck up some pride and let a few business people take over the business part while staying on the side of programming and development.

well, not everyone is like you, and there's still some way to target you and get you to spend. nobody is invulnerable to 100% of marketing.
