Hi one of the most problem I have is I can't seem to stop jerking off when I am trying to work at home. Wit the comfort of my own privacy, there's no one telling me NOT to look at porn or no consequence of looking at porn and jerking off as no one is around.

How do you combat this porn addiction which cuts into a large amount of work time ?

In the end, I ended up working in library or a public place where I know for sure I wouldn't dare look at porn.

If the porn addiction is really that bad I would also avoid the library. The temptation will be too great and you never know where Carl Monday will be lurking.
