The girl's parents should be chained to a truck and dragged across town for teaching her to be so stupid. And the stupid ass girl should be put in a home since she's obviously retarded and can't be left by herself.

If I was in her situation, and I was too small to fight, I would reach back and shit in my hand then slap the manager in the face with it. Then I would poke that bitches eye balls out and dump salt packets in them. And I would still sue McDonalds- but for more than 6 Million.
 
ha. I'm not usually like this, but this story is mind boggling. It's like the guy who called in pretending to be a cop planned this for years and waited for just the right time when he could get the 4 stupidest people in the world together and play them against each other. Some cops are sadistic and many people are stupid, but no one is that fuckin stupid to believe that rape or sexual assault is part of police inquiries.

I feel sorry for the shit she went through, but as for suing McDonald's though - that's just opportunistic and greedy. The people to blame are the individuals, not the company they worked for. I bet the lawyers are happy.

It's not as though McDonald's are renowned for hiring MENSA members though it is? Suing them for for employing stupid people is along the same lines as suing them when eating their food everyday makes you fat.

The victim agreed to a plea-bargain for the guy who assaulted her to let him get away with a lesser sentence, but she wanted $200m from McDonald's... that's fucked up.

The guy that made the calls? Well it seems they found some one, charged him, he was found not guilty and they haven't bothered looking anyone else who may have been responsible, choosing instead to point out that the calls stopped after this guy was arrested (and the whole thing in the press, no doubt.) - Great police work guys.
