In 1997 or something there was a huge snow storm in Victoria / Vancouver. Made like 1K in just a few days shovelin snow and cleaning off cars. Profitable storms can be. Now the guys with the snowmobiles, were pulling off some serious robberies in areas where police couldn't reach.

There is, it's a massive shopping mall. It's pretty great.

Montreal is cold, but it's really not even that bad (to me) as long as you have a decent coat, hat and gloves.
