The way it comes across is not very professional, so .. breaking out of a VM using the .net runtime.. good luck. It takes more programming chops to do that.

Anyhow..

Click on any "sub" program - it opens a window with a button "login", to then continue opening the part/sub program. - WTF?

This step is completely unnecessary, please do away with it.

The individual programs' interfaces are laid out very, very badly.

Please Google "visual hierarchy" "User interface guidelines" "usability", etc...

Had the program running over night (with all the protection, people)
It just crashed..

Sure sure, that's exactly what a haxxor would say.
As for improvements, redo the whole main GUI.
Move all bots into separate tabs.
Make sure there's only one login screen, in place of this:

Move most options into toolstrips, leave just a couple of buttons, bold the most important ones.
And read all the links Emp posted.
Also rename it to something that doesn't sound stupid.

edit, and why is "Leads Finder" icon a goddamn realistic looking spider? It startled me, fuck you.
