Messed up sleeping schedules...

my sleep schedule is so fucked up. i stay up an hour or two later every day. i'm looking forward to starting classes so i'm forced to wake up at the same time every day again.

Then 3 days straight without without sleeping, i do that alot.
This would be ideal for me. 20 hours -> 3 days of no sleep.

But I end up crashing after that 3 days for 30 hours and then being just as tired 10 hours after I get up as I would if I slept 8 hours the night before.

My sleep blows chunks. Its inconsistent, I'm insomniatic as hell, and I sleep roughly 12 hours a night to get any semblance of wakefulness.

I'm not depressed or particularly stressed, and I have really no excuse... my body just likes sleep.

try waking up at 6am for three days straight. after that, sunlight will become your alarm clock, and nightfall will bring about drowsiness. assuming no drugs or alcohol in the equation.

it will change your life.

My sleeping schedule is seriously fucked up. I really don't even have one/can't keep one. I'm always trying to get my shit straight so that I'll wake up early and go to bed early but it just doesn't last long.

I literally get up at 10-11 pm alot of times. A few days later it'll be the exact opposite.

It's interesting to see that I'm not alone and this isn't an unusual phenomenon amongst the work at home in front of a computer crowd. Some good food for thought on the subject here too.

Got an hour in yesterday afternoon then the phone rang for the demo and was I ever confused. Couldn't figure out where I was, what time it was, who I was, but I made it through the demo and went out to dinner at a friend's house. Got home and had a fairly normal night, to bed at midnight and up at 6am to get back on these landers.

Here we go again!

g3kk0 is having problems recovering from his workouts. maybe the solution there is to just inject HGH (and testosterone)!

That is what is showing up in my research. However, can the body adapt to secrete hormones on the polyphasic schedule? Its odd as my hormone levels showed
a drop off the first 2 months but have moved their way back close to baseline.

Yet, it just occured to me that the calorie demands have not been adjusted for (I am
am awake 6 hours longer than my calories call for).
Sheez. I am not eating enough. DOh!

Push comes to shove I could supplement via hormones or do prolly the smarter thing
and go back to monophasic sleep.

Jesus I need to get laid. Thanks for the wake up J.

Same here. And it seems to be getting worse every god damn day for me. I sleep ~3-4 hours every night, then if I'm lucky another 2-3 hours in the afternoon. Stopped going to the gym, too damn tired.

Fucked up.

Kinda the same here. Only real way i've found to sort it out is to battle the sleep and goto bed at like 10pm at night then wake up at 9am the next day. That corrects things for a week or so until you decide to pull another all nighter.
