it's all over the news this morning and even right now. Microsoft is trying to buy out Yahoo. I actually hope this goes through so that Microsoft can catch up to Google.

I don't see how Yahoo can say no to this offer... they are in dire need of help and the deal would give Microsoft the advertising and search market it has fallen behind in.

MSFT investors don't like the bid ... down almost 5% pre-market.

Would this mean that Yahoo PPC would turn into the nightmare that is adwords??

A Microsoft decline doesn't necessarily mean MSFT investors don't like the bid, but they recognize that this will put quite a bit of hurt on their huge cash reserves (which provides the dividend payouts).

i dont see why since adwords is google :error:

Please forgive me I just had a very bad experience with Google and they are on my shit list ATM. I lost my adsense account due to some fool clicking my add like 300 times and got word from them today stating more or less "they don't give a fuck". I mean why the fuck would I click on my own ad 300 times much less an ad that brings in .01 a click .

When I read your first post, I thought you meant MS adcenter. LOL - love their crappy interface though because it keeps away the rifraf.

Actually if you take the time to look through adcenter, they provide one of the best reporting systems and most flexible bidding systems. It needs to be debugged though, and they need to speed it up.

So hey Bill, if you read this forum, tell your programmers we would be happy with less space looking controls and more speed.
