To Me this is Frightening and Outrages

When Government becomes so Big, that it doesn't know what is going on in it's own Backyard, "WE THE PEOPLE" have some Serious Problems. This is incomprehensible, and irresponsible to it's Citizens.

Government Officials admit to being dumb struck by this incident.

A video that appears to show a missile launch off the coast of California is so far "unexplained" by anyone in the military, a Pentagon spokesman told reporters Tuesday morning, but officials say it does not consider the event a threat to the homeland.

At this point, the military is working only with video taken from the local news camera, and NORAD and Northcom apparently were not able to detect the contrail on their own.

The Federal Government is Responsible & Required to Provide National Security for it's People.
The Federal Government is not Required nor should it be Responsible to Provide for NATIONAL HEALTH CARE or other such things.

Big Government is A CANCER that is Growing More & More EveryDay. People WTF Up...

What's best is some big wig is trying to say it looks like the trail from a jet and that it's just above eye level which is why it appears to be going up. Any fucking artist that has studied perspective would tell you it doesn't look like that at all, it sure as hell looks like whatever it is, is much above the horizon line of the camera. The trail also looks rotated, which can happen from a high altitude aircraft but it just doesn't add up. From pictures I've see the rotation is much more aggressive with high altitude aircraft. The object is moving up not necessarily towards the camera. If it was coming towards the camera in the case of a high altitude aircraft there would be a much larger ark, and if you've ever been skydiving you'd know it's much more peaceful above the clouds than below them which would explain why there is so much more distortion below the cloud level. Distortion will happen either way but the bottom part looks incredibly wind blown.

one thing is for sure: not one single person in this thread is anywhere near qualified to postulate what that could or could not have been. Further, it's not making us any money to sit and twiddle our balls and egg on hellblazer/subigo/etc.

disregard missiles, acquire currency fellas

I think China launched it because Obama is a secret muslim who wants to take our guns while having gay sex with our children and raising our taxes to pay lazy black people not to work and elitist overeducated scientists working on global warming hoaxes and abortion rays.

I actually ruled out an accidental launch, so either intentional or foreign. Why would the government do this intentionally? They'd look like complete incompetent fools. It would inspire anger, not fear.

And it definitely wasn't a jet. It constantly amazes me how these people who pretend to be so independent and anti-the-sheeple-mentality just gobble up whatever CNN reports. Not surprising at all that this country is in the shape its in.

Either way, if a missile is launched and our government doesn't know what it is TWELVE hours after it happened, WTF is going on?

You're crazy dude. Are you really qualified to rule out the possibility of a jet contrail, or an accidental launch, or anything?

I understand how you aren't willing to just go with whatever the media tells us, that is totally understandable given our country's history.

However, it's clear that you're going to believe whatever you want to believe in the end (in your case you want to believe it's a foreign "warning"), no matter what anyone tells you and whether it makes sense or not. Even if you were presented with a totally reasonable explanation, your mind would still come up with *some* reason to rule it out even though you don't know what you're talking about.
