LoanModification.org has not been monetized or marketed at all. My other blogs in the mortgage arena are making me $20,000-$25,000 per month via Adsense and advertising. However, ModifyLoan.net has been monetized and brought in approximately $75,000 over the last two years.

There are no screen shots because the money went in my bank account.

OK, I deleted many comments from obvious spammers.
I have explained the adsense, screen shots etc. so read what I have written please.
The domains are worth thousands and thousands. It is just a matter of what a buyer is willing to pay for these domains. The term Loan Modification is one of the hottest in financial and LoanModification.org is a premium .org domain. ModifyLoan.net is a PR 3 and is #1 for loan modification attorneys. I also threw in some other domains to sweeten the buy.
Now, it is just a matter of the bids coming in near or on auction day to see what someone will pay for these.
If your comment is not positive to the discussion or to be a troll, then your comment will be deleted. If this is out of your league or you think too high then please move on and pursue other domains because this one is not right for you.
