Damn, this guy is not only funny, but once you see his other auctions, you'll see he's quite smart, too:

2001 FORD FOCUS GHIA 1.8 Zetec Very Clean Interior | eBay UK

This Brit has placed an ordinary, mint-green Ford Focus on eBay, and although he didn't get so much for the car (not new) he did develop a cult following of sorts and his advertisements, in the form of other auctions on eBay, (all silly artwork) are selling at something like 35 quid each!!

It’s done 107K miles which is much further than I can run and I wouldn’t even attempt to run that far not even for comic relief or children in need unless there was a cash incentive then I would consider it and work out some way to cheat.

I say resprayed, it actually looks like it’s been done by a drunken blind clown at night hanging upside down from a moving giraffe. Honestly, Ghandi could have done a better job slapping paint on with his flip flops.

I just pretended to get off with myself in the back seats, I had someone confirm that they could see me. This unfortunately means the windows are only lightly tinted and it isn't privacy glass.

Do yourself a favor and read the whole auction, and then most importantly, check out this sellers Other auctions... (They're all short, but each is advertising this one and making money at the same time...)

Yep, they really are funny, most coming directly form Facebook.

You can't see the # of view now, but while the auction was still open you could, and as one of the earlier commenters noted, the car auction alone gathered over 160K Views!

So lesson of the day, folks; Make an Ad into a funny eBay Auction and get it liked in Facebook. -You may find it's the most effective advertising you could ask for, and it may profit you in other ways too!
 
I wonder how many other people try/will try this for attracting attention and making money on ebay? This guy is actually quite funny, but it might be even funnier to see someone try and copy him who isn't!
 
I did this on kijiji when I was looking for someone to take over my lease. It's not that hard to stand out when everyone writes like they're working on a 60 year old instruction manual.
