Most Efficient way of having multiple IPs

Let's say you are setting up a series of niche blogs/site.
I think it would be beneficial to have multiple IPs. To share some link juice, if applicable.

What is the most cost/effective way to do this. I mean, there is a point where the cost of extra hosting account is more than the gain of multiple Ips.

Other factors is the matter of spreading the eggs in different basquets.

So my questions are:

• What are your thought on getting multiple hosting accounts?
• How do you structure your whole hosting solution?

Agreed, go with seohosting.com at least for the initial stages of your plan.

The most important thing to consider is not multiple IPs, but multiple class C ips. Seohosting covers this for you, offering you MANY different IPs on as many different class C's as you can afford.
