I thought it was scripted when I watched it..then I checked Yelp reviews from long before the show was going there. Oddly enough, the show seemed spot-on.

Ohhh, so they don't make their own cakes? Well, I guess that explains why Ramsay thought the cakes were delicious, but the rest of the food was hideous.

Lol I just watched that episode 2 days ago and couldn't believe how psycho the chick was. I think she has some serious psychological impairment and her husband enables her mental disorder by fearfully catering to her every psychotic utterance.
Those kind of scumbags give people of faith a bad name. I was disgusted with their behavior towards Ramsay on the show and am glad they're getting their just desserts. How they haven't gone bankrupt already is completely beyond me.
