Living in a world where everyone is packing means living in a world where everyone thinks twice before they whip out that piece. If you knew for sure that the consequences of a stupid argument might include getting your head shot off, you might not be so quick to start that argument.

The dispatcher also did an INCREDIBLE job. She could've really fucked up by saying "yeah go ahead and shoot him" or whatever but she did everything she was supposed to... Do whatever you do to keep your family safe.

Not sure if you read the story, but what were her other options? Should she have negotiated with him first? Is that what you do if someone forcibly breaks into your house knowing you're home? Maybe she should have just aimed for his big toe.
Anyone do the math and figure out that she probably got pregnant when she was 17 by a creepy looking old dude. And now she is a single 18 yr old mother living in a double-wide trailer with two guns, an infant and just killed a man.
I am all for protecting yourself & your family and I agree with what she did 110% but this media tour is very disgusting. Posing with guns for the cameras after you killed someone is disgusting.

On the whole .25 thing though... your point is valid if we are talking about 1 shot with a 25. However, if I'm having to pull my gun out at you I have already thought about "neutralizing" you as an enemy. With that, Im not going to tap you once, but multiple times. Mutliple gun shot wounds of any caliber is more then enough to suffice.

She then phones the cops, tells the operator that someone is trying to break into the house and gets the go-ahead to defend herself, while the other guy is banging at the door and pretending to be the intruder. She lets off an empty round and tells the operator that she has shot the already dead visitor. Wallah. She gets away with it and becomes a hero. It took 20 minutes to break into the house... I don't believe it!

1. The bullet she fired while on the phone could have been into the sky... No way to trace that shit... And no, they can't tell exactly how many times a gun has been fired other than counting bullets or shells. So she would have had to dispose of one shell if she'd done that.
2. Only a complete retard could possibly believe the media's explanation for 9/11. Given the evidence it's hard for any rational, thinking human being to believe it was not a false-flag operation.
