My 16 Week Challenge

Good luck dude, but if you notice the big players making 6 figs a month are not putting in 8 hour days, but more like 12-16 hours.

Let me ask a question on this number, as I dabble in PPC but don't do anything serious with it, I'm a mailer. But are the guys making 6 figs a month doing it solo? Or is there anybody doing 6 figures a month and having helpers/employees manage a lot of the mundane, tedious crap? Are you saying even with helpers, the "brains" behind the 6 figs a month #s needs to continue to work 12-16 hour days?

I'm sure he doesn't realize that they have people on staff that carry out day-to-day tasks. Moreso , he likely doesn't know anyone making 6figs a month :)

Well, I asked because I know of only one person doing 6 figures+ a month on PPC, and he is not solo.. and he said theres no way he could do it without help, etc. I'm just wondering aloud what the most a "solo" operation can yield. The Q has no importance, was just wondering why someone would work 12-16 hour days if theyre making 6 figures vs. working normal days and paying some asshole $15 an hour to do the grunt work.

Good question and everyone's situation obviously varies. It depends on what you want to outsource and what you want to keep to yourself. I have to agree that maintaining the tedious bullshit is best managed by someone else, but sometimes that tedious bullshit is the stuff you don't want anyone else's eyeballs to see. You can do it all yourself, but it depends on how much of the piece of the pie you want to share and how much info you want to be divulging to your help.

Does anyone really make that much money online though? I mean really. Only Shoemoney and John Chow make that kind of bucks, and that's purely because of their celebrity status. :smokin:

I too only know of one person doing six figures a month, and it's high six figures. To be honest, it's mostly his wife. He said he only spends a couple hours a day checking stats and making sure she's not missing anything and she handles the rest. Strictly PPC --> dropshipping. I guarantee she's putting in 12+ hour days tho while he's out making money with his money.

I'm actually getting tired of the whole Sumit sham. Do a search on Double Penetration forum for his handle and you'll see that he doesn't even talk the way he does on here, and is probably a kid from jersey pretending to be from little india.

As much as I'd love to believe that the real Sumit does exist, enough with the bullshit already.

LEAVE Sumit alone!!!!! he is a poor soul lost in the little India fabelas
illuminating us with his wisdom!!!..

Determine your own opinion on the following article. But in my experience and looking back it holds true for me. I simply right them down and or only discuss with my business partner.

Shut up! Announcing your plans makes you less motivated to accomplish them.

From the article:

In 1933, W. Mahler found that if a person announced the solution to a problem, and was acknowledged by others, it was now in the brain as a “social reality”, even if the solution hadn't actually been achieved.

I didn't know the Tracking202 guy was that old. :)

I've told my friends and family enough crazy ideas that never actually happened that now-a-days I like to just do my thing and talk about it after completion.
