I had a Filipino designer I was paying above average money to and he has disappeared on me in the middle of a critical project.

I was using Craigslist to find VA's , but the candidate quality these days is rather shitty there.

Does anyone know a good outsourcing company to hire VA's? (Specifically Filipino VA's). I have recently found onlinejobs dot ph... Any opinions of their service?
