I don't know what your exact figures are but if I were you I'd start sourcing the types of products that you sell from Asia and keep 50-80% of the profits instead of a 6% commission.

Takes more time and effort to set up but you'll be banking hard eventually.

This "industry" is temporary as they are all are online. Trust me I have been doing this for over 15 years now. You need to adapt and change. Many many many people don't. I used to cut checks to guys every week for 100k now they are flipping burgers living in a trailer court.

Adapt or die, if you only do "affiliate marketing" as you guys call it, you are in trouble.

And, diversity is key. Affiliate is only one part of what we do. I watched a very large and respected company essentially fizzle out of existence because they weren't diversified enough and thought their reputation would carry them through some big hits. Didn't happen.

Bring a part of your money offline. Use another part to do other things online.

Real estate. Take your money and buy actual physical property. Real world shit instead of virtual shit. It helps me sleep better at night knowing those rents are coming in whether Google/Vendors/Affiliate Networks are butt fucking me this week or not.
