This sounds like some of the people coming here wanting to work as a PHP developer.

Seriously, I can not believe what kinds of retard we had to interview. (Those that somehow passed the CV screening, meaning they looked good on paper)

Female interviewee (who would giggle/laugh really weirdly. Always)
"So, you are using XAMP for development on your machine?"
"heheehe. Yes. hehe"
"Err, why don't you tell us what you know about it. What is the difference to a LAMP environment?"
"heehe .....<pause>"
".....for example... what does the name stand for?"
"...<pause>..heeeheee...<pause>... hehe ... That is the name of the program. hehehehehehe"
"NEXT!"
IT is schools is a joke. The best way to learn (almost anything) is on your own, experimenting in your own enviroment.

One question I always make sure to ask is: What are your hobbies?

I know the question sounds like bullshit, but if programming/coding doesn't make the list, you suck as a developer. Just experience.

I thought this guy was doin pretty good. For the past year and a half, he's been standing up to Sohan's constant ROIshare attacks and also (occasionally) providing some helpful input in the affiliate marketing section.

Then a few weeks to a month ago he changes his avatar image to some slick looking cool-dude-wannabe image with the kid'n'play/fresh prince flat-top afro buzz from the early 90's and changes his sig to reflect his newfound fortunes.

I believe we have a new #1 contender in the running for Barman's April ban.
