I like their show and they've done some stuff that I've wondered myself. I'm sure they will make everything perfect but they will have to pay something for damages. They are probably pretty happy that they are insured to the t.

If this is all that happens they will be lucky. They will probably not be able to use the Alameda bomb range anymore, and if they do say good by to the cool myths. Their insurance company is going to really clamp down on what they do. Depending on what kind of spectacle the media makes out of this could actually end the show. The only thing they really have going for them is they have a very good reputation and very influential people are friends of the show (Obama) so hopefully they should be able to weather the shit storm that's already in motion.

They're not going to let a cash cow like Mythbusters die easily. There are plenty of ranges that are nowhere near a populated area. They can just hop the border into Nevada.
