Need advice with my site im developing

I have a domain named linkshareonline.com and im getting ready to build the site but I need to know what you think. I was thinking about making the site where others who own a website could come post the link to their site with a description and if I get enough site links then seperate them into sections acording to the description. In so many words if I can get the site popular enough it would be a site for owners to get more traffic directed to their sites. Something similar to a search engine but more of advertising.What do you all think about that idea or what comes to mind when you hear the name linkshareonline?

Been done before.

So in your opinion this should be the way I take it. Is the idea I had good to go and should I try to go with that?
 
Your idea really isn't anything creative. Its definitely been done before... a lot.

You need to come up with a competitive edge for your site.
