Need Help With Headphones

I bought a pair of wireless Photive PH-BTH3 bluetooth headphones the other week but they are not only not working correctly, but fucking up my regular audio output.

For one thing, when I turn them on, they immediately go into pairing mode even though they've already been paired.

On top of that, no sound is coming through them. I've only got them to work once. And since I last turned them off, my regular audio output isn't working either. So I can't get sound from the headphones or the computer speakers. I've gone into the 'Sound' control panel for Windows and it says that my speakers are the default device (is this right?) but no sound is coming through them after turning off the headphones.

Shit's pissing me off and I don't know what I'm doing wrong because there's no 1-800 to call nor is there any live support of any kind.

Would appreciate any help.

Beats are godawful, and so are all the Bose wireless headphones I've tried. Return them and get some Skullcandy PLYRs. Great sound, great mic for a headset, surround sound, and no such thing as pairing mode, just a power button on the headphones.

Has Skullcandy changed over the past few years? Their products used to be overpriced garbage.

I wonder if Senheiser makes a wireless set.

Your first mistake was not buying Sennheisers

My advice is to get a refund and buy Sennheisers

HD280s are very nice. I'd recommend the new HD 26 PRO as well; an update to the HD25-1-II.

Friends don't let friends buy Beats.

I need a headset with a mic. These are more for talking on Skype to clients so the Sennheiser headphones won't work for me.

My second mistake was not buying the wireless sennheisers with the leather/fake leather pads. The sound quality with sennheisers is amazing.

Most of the headset w/mic combos are crap. I use a Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro with an external mic.

If you insist on a combo, then I'd check out one of the Corsair gaming headsets. I don't remember the model, but I was at a friend's place and he had one, it was pretty comfy and had decent sound quality.

Been using these for years. Pretty damn good for the money IMO.

EDIT: Didn't realise you required wireless.

I like Sennheiser. They offer great sound quality. Try these [ame="http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sennheiser-Digital-Wireless-Over-Ear-Headphone/dp/B002TLT10S/ref=sr_1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1401632001&sr=1-4&keywords=Sennheiser"]Sennheiser RS 180 Open Digital Wireless Over-Ear: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories[/ame]
