Need Legal Help - Revenge Site

This is a war of attrition... The cops and reporters alike who have weighed in on this have all said the same thing... They are shocked, appalled, disgusted, etc by Andrew Myers' behavior, and blatant admission of his goals, but without victims coming forward, and seeking justice, its a tough case.
That's why the focus of this on our side, from the most general goal, is simple.
1- Rank for his name. He wants attention? We're giving it to him, only not in the way he was looking for.
2- Anything else that comes of this now and in the future, whether he loses his job, or doesn't get hired somewhere, or goes out on a date and she looks his name up and finds this thread and the sites, or he gets tossed out of school for hunting girls on campus to be used as content for his site.... all of these things are WINS. Because they would not have happened had it not been for a small group of us not being okay with just another retard showing clear signs of hoping to profit off of suicides.
3- We've succesfully stopped him from being able to defend himself and play the victim to those that matter. His family and friends, don't give a shit. They are on his side. That's fine, someday, if he ever does what he hopes to accomplish, and someone kills themself, and his site gets popular, they will not be able to claim they didn't know, or they didn't see the signs, or they didn't realize it was serious, or god knows what else. Because we're including the screen shots of their response to this thread and the sites. His attempts to portray the victim, that we are picking on him... WHEN HE WAS THE ONE WHO INITIATED THIS THREAD, BRAGGED ABOUT IT ALL, POSTED SCREEN SHOTS OF HIM 'IN ACTION' RESPONDING TO ONE OF THE GIRLS, AND THEN, HIMSELF, WITHOUT ANYONE HERE PROVOKING HIM, GOES POSTS THAT HE HOPES HIS ACTIONS WILL DRIVE ONE OF THEM TO KILL THEMSELVES SO THAT HE CAN PROFIT FROM THE TRAFFIC AND MONETIZE IT FROM THAT POINT ON.
4- If he does shut the site down, great. If not, so be it. While other people have asked him to do it or give him an ultimatum, I see that as a lost cause. He's not a rational person. He's a sociopath, but thankfully, not the sharpest tool in the shed, actually far from it.
5- Last one.. He wasn't looking for legal advice anyway. He was actually looking for quick defense lines he could copy and paste and just feed to any law enforcement or legal defenses attention coming his way (he is still fully aware, by self admission, that this is going to come his way sooner than later) from the people he harasses and posts, purely so that he can continue on his path and accomplish his goals with this site.
