So a potential JV partner of mine with a nice portfolio of domains she needs to sell went into an agreement with this dude...
Backstory: This is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet, and she got seriously fine-tuned by the traveling Guru/Seminar/Assraping squad and wound up with over a 170K spent, 1700 domains, and absolutely NO plan. Word.
Now comes this dude, holds her up for another grand, promises to list her surplus doms on Flippa for 50% of the action plus the fee, which was allegedly for WP Mage (which he can't legally resell) and other plugins to add value to the domains that are built out. He disappears with the cashola for over a week with no commo despite repeated attempts to communicate with him, and finally returns with the worst over-the-top-hyped piece of shit "Sales Letter" I've ever seen. Truly appalling.
I suggested she politely terminate the agreement, request a refund, and offer a small fee for the time spent, or one of the better domains in exchange. He comes back all butthurt and raving, threatening legal action, a libelous and negative publicity campaign, gonna ruin her +9 rating on Flippa, etc, etc.
Anyway, bottom line, before I go to war with this fucktool, I'd like to know a bit more about who I'm dealing with. Anyone heard of this guy? He's very shady and won't even give his last name- he goes by "Chris" only on Skype, e-mail, etc., and the domain he put up the so-called "Sales Letter" on is registered to someone else entirely- a "Ray Douglas". They are in the UK as well. All big red flags to me, but like I said, she's very nice and just wants to get out with some skin on.
He calls himself "The BlackHat Millionaire" and appears to sell some DP and BHW bullshit BH SEO Report that's all over the torrents. I am reluctant to out him by full name here, but I will share that via PM if any of you guys suspect you know who I'm referring to...
