This is so easy. [EDIT: Didn't see the requirements, try to fit this in under strategic management, as my thesis goes to the future planning of your business.]
Possible thesis: "A diverse pool of personalities on a team [or when building a team] leads to greater teamwork, productivity, and job satisfaction"
(Idea: You hire a mix of people who have skill sets and personalities that compliment each other, thus making it easier for people to feel attached and even passionate about their work.)
400 word intro/thesis
800 words on
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
800 words on how tests such as
Myers-Briggs can identify risks and opportunities (test itself, ethics, examples of how generic personality tests work)
400 words on how testing and the needs map out to your organizational needs. (What types of people need leadership from others, what types of people should be working with whom? These should support your thesis, yet acknowledge the opposing view of your thesis.)
250 word conclusion, repeating your thesis and finalizing your thoughts.
Make each section transition into the next and you have an easy A.
I'll do it for you if you offer me enough, I used to PWN the fuck out of papers in school.
