That's what happened to me. I woke up, saw all my .10%+ ads are down to 0.01-0.03. Barely spent any money, barely getting any traffic. Impressions seemed to have been normal. Got pissed, went back to bed. Woke up, statistics are still at the same place, but the traffic is blowing up. Currently 6,000+ clicks unrecorded by facebook. Hope they fucking miss them.
Edit: Seems that impressions are being counted on my screen, but not clicks. Love how all my ads are sliding into 0.01 ctr, and suggestion bids raising.
LOL @ google advertising adwords on Facebook ads now - actually links direct to adwords, not a reseller or anything.
It is just a display error since I am still getting normal amounts of clicks in P202. The problem I'm bidding CPM and have no clue what my CPC is.
The impression numbers look like they are way off as well because comparing P202 clicks to impressions on Facebook is giving me a CTR of around 0.6% on campaigns that usually have a CTR of 0.2%.

facebook is cockblocking new ads.
Is anyone else's CTR going crazy today? I know it's Saturday, but ads that were getting 0.25 CTR yesterday are getting like 1.5 CTR today, I hope this isn't a reporting error, I'm getting penny clicks.

Facebook finally fixed my account, and is now showing my actual clicks for the day, and money spent. And yes, my CTR's are higher than yesterday right now, but not by a lot.
Yeah, my 0.2% CTR ads are now reporting 1%+ CTR.
It must be a reporting error. So we all have no clue what we are spending :/
