NEW Facebook Ads

FB sucks! I'm not only getting charged more than my max bid on some ads (even though their FAQ says ""Will I ever be billed more than my maximum cost per click or maximum CPM? No, you will never be billed more than your maximum cost per click" Apparently that's not true. Seems to me like they are stealing money if they charge you more than you agree to be charged per click..... I'll see what my lawyer says...

New problem though -- any new ads I create will not run immediately after approval (even if I set the bid to $100). They will run the next day though. All approvved ads used to run immediately, but now I have to wait a day. Has anyone else exeperienced this? Any ideas how to get around it?

Ya it's a fucking rip off. Money grubbing whores. My "bid" was .12 but FB still takes the liberty to charge me .33 cents... Fucking assholes. :angryfire:

I just got confirmation from FB support that there is a problem with getting charged over your max bid and they are working on it... At least they acknowledge it, but it's not right that they are charging more than an advertiser has agreed to pay (I think that's called "stealing".......)

I got back in yesterday, and so far my campaigns seem to be running properly. CPC is low, CTR is normal, volume is there.

Is True Christian Singles not allowed on facebook? I got rejected for the reason: "The content promoted in this ad is not permitted on Facebook. We reserve the right to choose the advertisements that appear on the site, and ads for this product or service should not be resubmitted. Please visit our Help Centre for more specific information."

However, my ad was pretty offensive (it got denied from plentyoffish for being too offensive) so that could easily be the reason?

True.com added adultfriendfinder popups to its main page.

MOTHERFUCKER!!!! Thats why I had so many ads retroactively disapproved. I've been runnin true for weeks now. back to the drawing board againgrrrrrr...

I'm getting charged the same as I was last week, I'm not seeing any real difference that others are.

Only difference I've seen this week is them taking forever to review ads, last week it could be as little as 2 to 5 minutes, but usually a couple hours for a review. Now this week its taking them 12 to 18 hours for a review.

Facebook trying to charge me $8 million/day. Anyone else have this problem?

Same my reviews are taking forever compared to what they were last week.
