NEW Facebook Ads

Anybody been told this before? Obviously not the not allowing multiple accounts part, but the limit on the number of ads we can have in our account?

Hi Riley,

It looks like you're unable to create new ads because we have limits in place on how many ads each account can maintain. An account can have up to 1000 ads in 250 campaigns. Once you've reached this limit, if you'd like to create new ads you'll need to delete some of your existing ads or campaigns. You'll still be able to view the stats for these deleted ads, but you won't be able to restart them running on the site again. Additionally, please note that we don't allow users to maintain multiple accounts for any reason, so you will need to create all of your ads under this account.

was all the click frauding resolved yet
Fuck no. Facebook is still reporting 20% more clicks than I actually get.

This is bullshit. If I were at least getting bot traffic or something that would be one thing, but right now Facebook is simply stealing 20% of clicks that I paid for, which adds up to thousands of dollars. Someone should threaten legal action, this is straight up fraud on Facebook's part.

Does anyone know if this count includes deleted ads?

no but I have two accounts that I can't access because over the last year I've created a shit ton of ads (have since been deleted) and there is a bug that has them all jacked up.

They had me create new accounts because they don't know when/if it will ever be fixed.

this is getting kinda annoying. its been two days and demo and cpc estimates are not showing up. it just says "no data". anyone getting this?

Yesterday I was getting 1.20-1.30 eCPC for one group of ads. It slowly decreased throughout the night until it went back to normal. It took 12+ hours for ad approval (normally under 2 hours) and every single ad was denied (they 'reviewed' 4 ads and all 50 I made were canned - these were spread in 6 different campaigns and were in 3 different niches, all FB legal)

To answer your question, not for a few days

How are all you guys managing your profitability. I got 100's of campaigns, over multiple accounts, with multiple prosper installs.

You guys just manually entering in your avg cpc per campaign into Prosper? What about if you have different ads bidding different amounts in the same campaign?

This is becoming a nightmare and I havnt really even scaled yet.

re. over reporting / attack of the bots - i sent jeff an email complaining about it and he's asked for "identifying proof" (web logs, etc). I've sent it over - but has anyone else done this, will the credit our accounts? do they give a flying doodle?

^^ Ask FB for "identifying proof" for what they charged, they claim they delivered x clicks lets see there logs to justify the charges.

No FB is not going to give a penny back through all this without a class action suit would be my guess. I've sent them undeniable proof and they just try to claim I must be an idiot or a liar.

I was asked to send in my logs so I spent over an hour compiling logs over the time period in question, and they replied with their fucking scripted bullshit. I was sooo fucking pissed, since I took the time to do that and they churn out a 2 second response.

Fuck FB

I've been asked to do this too. According to a representative talking to my business partner, lots of people are bitching but nobody is sending in logs. I refuse to believe that since I had already sent in logs.

So to all the people who haven't yet:

SEND IN YOUR LOGS

I sent in partial ones already. its going to take me several hours to put together mine fully as well, if i get a scripted response like that I might go nuts.
