New Here MFA here we come

Just wanted to point out with a partner a 2:1 ROI becomes (2:1)*2. Just so the newbie doesn't get confused thinking he's loosing money by splitting the profit. The fraction just becomes smaller.
ROI=2:1
Partner gets added
ROI/2=2:1
ROI=(2:1)*2

arbiragegroup, sorry you got such a bad welcome, but thats the way things are done here. If you ask a dumb question people will give you a dumb answer. If you propose a stupid business offer, people are just going to call you an idiot. Just take it all with a grain of salt. I would strongly recommend that you do some reading up on arbi though! It doesn't matter if people started with 5 bucks or 5 grand and are doing well. If you start off badly with $500 you're still going to end up with $0.
The points the people here are trying to make:
1) 10 sites are nothing, even for a newbie thats less than a couple hours work. Drop the extra baggage. If your partner is the investor and YOU are the extra baggage. Sorry to say you gotta get dropped. :)

2) $500 ain't shit. It'll go faster than you can possibly learn your lesson.

3) Make sure the pool has water in it before you dive. Dont' be an idiot. Do at least SOME reading on the subject before you go out in search of business partners.

Man you guys assume too much like you already know what I'm going to do. Just because I have a partner doesn't mean we're going 50/50 on any profit. That's the naive assumption that 2 people will split the money. If I had said I had 3 partners, then people would be doing easy math and saying I'm only getting 25%. You see, doing this math in people's head makes them seem smart.

I'm not stupid. I recognize 10 sites isn't a lot and I can do that right now. I understand $500 dollars isn't alot also. What do you think I'm going to throw thousands of dollars into arbitrage on my first try. What's the magical number to start out with, if I had said $1000 or $2000 would that be an okay amount to start arbi? I'm not being an idiot, the only idiots I see are people who make flatout stupid comments that don't remotely help. They're just random comments that waste the bandwidth to view them.

Trust me I did a lot of reading on other sites before I decided to join Wickedfire. Personally I thank you for your comment, at least it was helpful besides the "stupid" part, so don't take this rant offensively.

I started this thread and only got about 20% advice and 80% bullshit. What does that say? It means people just go off on a tangent because they can, not because they have a legitimate reason to. I never asked anyone to hold my hand and walk me through the process. Very few have actually given constructive criticism or help and that's a damn shame. The philosophy of turning boys into men by making shitty, self-centered comments is dumb. So that's how people welcome others, pleez.

Thanks tho and Merry Christmas :)

Calm down.

IF you read Wickedfire carefully before posting here, you'd have known that this was bound to happen.

You did not use the search funtion before you posted, and that's why you got - rightly - flamed. The links a kind soul gave to you would've been found by a simple forum search.

Now, if you want to keep on posting here, relax, drink a beer, smoke a joint, get or give a blowjob (whichever you prefer based on sex/sexual preference) and practice this thing called... er...emmm.... humour, ya, that was it.

This might also help:

Again, NO. This just means you've not been paying attention. This is the way threads go here. We're having fun. If you're lucky, someone will through in some boobies to drool at.

So go now and make yourself worseless, douchebag. :error:

Are you purposely missing the point? We're all trying to make this as clear as possible. 20% are trying to explain it nicely, hoping you'll get it. 80% are using colorful language hoping that'll jog something.
It has nothing to do with your startup cash, it has nothing to do with your partner revenue distribution, it has nothing to do with any of that bullshit you are spewing.

Hello,

I'm new to this site although I've known a lot about it. As my username says I'm into arbitrage and we intend on making approximately 10 sites before Christmas to take advantage of some interesting keywords.

We are looking for some talented people to help if interested. If interested, please reply and if you already have an arbi. network then we're really interested.

You are attempting to recruit a team of people for a ONE PERSON JOB!

No matter how you try to break it down or justify it. That is all we are trying to tell you. Everything you want to do. Everything you want to accomplish can easily be done with by one person. Once you take the advice of the other posters and read the threads on arbitrage you'll understand why that was such a ridiculous post. I don't go into subway and expect the entire staff to assist in putting together a simple $6 sandwhich. Yet thats exactly what you're trying to do. Then you expect no one to flick you shit about it? What possible advice can we give you? I'm not angry or anything I just read through all these posts and I'm wondering whats not to get?

This isn't some crazy off the wall tangent. This is common sense that should be digested before you start getting all upset with the people on this board for their reactions to your post.

Fair enough I agree with you and the guy previous about relaxing. I understand this is a one person job b/c that's how it's profitable but my partner or friend and i sorta thought of it at the same time.

I think we'll each do test sites with different adsense codes to test out your theory. I have to disagree with ya that many of the post were not common sense, but oh well. Also, you read through the entire thing, good job. :)

alrighty now that we're all happy...Welcome to wickedfire! enjoy your stay :)
fluff your pillow?

also forgot to mention. Good luck with your venture.

Compare the thread quality on this forum "Moderated by assholes and more assholes" and somewhere like earnersforum which is filled with shitty questions and nice, helpfull, kind answers to them.
Believe it or not, its alot better here because people cant post a retarded thread without consequences.

I have to agree with that. The hateful attitude (most of it just for kicks) keeps away most of the dumbasses.

Look at warrior forum for a counterexample. irks...

hmmmm.... probably more like 33.33333333333%, nice math. I am thinking this guy is 16 to 18, thought about this with his boyfriend, his boyfriend is financing it and this dbag is doing the work.

How about this... you two pussies do it seperately and push each other to do better. Get a credit card with a 15k limit minimum so you can actually spend more than $500 which will go in the first 6 hours if you're good.

Sorry, but it'd be 25%... 3 partners + him = 4 people = 25% :anon.sml:

*hides*

I get your sarcasm, but that was just flatout stupid. In fact some of your sarcasm just doesn't make since period. I know people who started out making MFA sites with only $100 dollars and they're doing just fine. No matter how many sites I say I want to create or the amount I have stored away, you guys are gonna make stupid sarcastic nonsensical comments that don't help at all.

Being a know-it-all only makes you look like you have no life. I could make several of the sites in a matter of minutes, it's easy but I'm thinking it through and taking advice from people who will give constructive criticism and important information; NOT JACKASSES.

So do you want in on the stamps or not?

Thanks MisterX, Setec, and Mason I appreciate it, Michel Z and some others just flat out don't know how to give kind advice. Now, the last thing I expect is kind people on a forum but if someone is new to the community and they ask for advice I expect members to help a little. I don't want anyone walking me through arbitrage completely but that's the whole reason why this forum is here; to help others out.

If I waste money or time doing arbitrage it's a lessoned learned and I'll improve next time.

Making enemies will come and go and honestly I'm not concerned with people half way around the world. All I have to do is turn my computer off to get rid of them, so thank you guys above with the exception of Michel Z

You reply made me laugh... :D
I don't need your 'thank you'. I only want to say that you need to learn a lot in this business! :)

Are you crazy or crazy. Yes I have. In fact, I STARTED THIS THREAD. I'm not new to the existence of Wickedfire. I've always known of this website and what it is about but I recently joined.

Did you read the entire thread from start to finish? If so you'll know why I said in my previous quote.

alright dude, good luck.

I think you were taking bets on if the worlds greatest ringtone lead generator was actually going to fly into NYC.
